Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vouchd app, the website vouchd.it, and related services (the “Service”), provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [registered address], Lithuania (“Vouchd”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Vouchd. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement and can form a binding contract.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method (phone, email, or linked Apple/Google account) secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Tell us promptly at hello@vouchd.it if you suspect unauthorised access. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create (moments, reviews, photos, videos, voice notes, comments). By posting, you grant Vouchd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (e.g. transcribe, summarise, and create aggregate insights), display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you post and that it doesn’t violate these Terms or anyone’s rights. Content you mark or post publicly is visible to others (see our Privacy Policy).

5. Moderation & reporting

Every moment, comment, and product can be reported in the app. We may review, remove, or restrict content, and suspend or remove accounts, that we reasonably believe breach these Terms — but we are not obligated to monitor content and are not responsible for user content. Moderation decisions are logged.

6. Recall & safety information

Important. Vouchd’s recall checker and alerts surface information from the EU’s Safety Gate (RAPEX) system for your convenience. This information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and covers only products and regions in that source. Vouchd is not an official safety authority and its alerts are not a substitute for official recall notices or professional advice. Always check the manufacturer and official government sources, and follow their instructions, before relying on any recall information. We make no guarantee that you will be alerted to every recall affecting a product you own.

7. Our intellectual property

The Vouchd name, logo, app, website, and their design and software are owned by Vouchd and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.

8. Third-party names & content

Product and brand names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify products. Their appearance on Vouchd does not imply endorsement. Owner reviews and opinions are those of their authors, not Vouchd.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. content licence for already-shared content, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information (including recall data and owner reviews) is accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vouchd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including your statutory rights as a consumer under Lithuanian and EU law).

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Lithuania, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
